In this hilarious comedy, two slacker coworkers at a large retail store compete for the title of "Employee of the Month" and the affections of their new colleague. Zack Bradley has always been content with his laid-back job, but when he learns that the new cashier Amy Renfro only dates the Employee of the Month, he decides to step up his game. Vince Downey, Zack's rival and head cashier, will stop at nothing to maintain his winning streak, even if it means sabotaging Zack's chances. As the competition heats up, Zack and Vince must navigate their way through hilarious misunderstandings and office politics to win the coveted title and Amy's heart.
