Mystic Pizza

In the picturesque coastal town of Mystic, Connecticut, three young Portuguese-American women work at a local pizza parlor while pursuing their dreams and navigating love, life, and family. Aspiring astronomer Kat (Annabeth Gish) is practical and responsible, while her older sister Daisy (Julia Roberts) is carefree and vivacious. Jojo (Lili Taylor), their sassy friend, rounds out the trio. When Daisy falls for a wealthy charmer named Charles but discovers he's not who he seems, the girls learn that true happiness comes from following their hearts and staying true to themselves. A surprise visit from a famous food critic transforms the pizzeria into an overnight sensation, but the real magic happens when these three friends support each other through life's ups and downs.
