What is The Three Musketeers about? 
In 17th century France, a young and ambitious countryman named d'Artagnan sets out to become a King's Musketeer in Paris. Along the way, he offends Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, three of the king's musketeers, and is challenged to a duel. However, the duel is interrupted by the arrival of the Cardinal Richelieu's men, who are trying to disband the musketeers. d'Artagnan joins forces with the musketeers to protect the king and queen from the cardinal's schemes. He also becomes embroiled in a romantic affair with Constance Bonacieux, the queen's dressmaker.
