Thank God is a comedy movie about a selfish and egoistic real estate broker, Ayaan Kapoor, who is in huge debts and is sent to heaven after an accident. In heaven, he is given a chance to play a game called Game of Life to win his way back to earth. The game shows Ayaan his sins and weaknesses, and he is asked to donate some white balls to the next contestant. However, Ayaan's selfishness shows up again, and he refuses to donate any balls. Later, Ayaan's wife and daughter are shown to be the next contestants on the Game of Life. They are battling for their lives in the hospital after a car accident. Ayaan realizes his mistakes and begs the doctor to take away both his kidneys and give one each to his wife and daughter. But the doctor refuses saying that Ayaan can't live without kidneys. Ayaan commits suicide by consuming painkillers so that both his kidneys can be taken out and his family can live. In the end, Chitragupta blesses
