Operation Mincemeat

In the midst of World War II, two British intelligence officers, Ewen Montagu and Charles Cholmondeley, hatch an unorthodox plan to deceive the Nazis and change the course of the war. They use a corpse and false papers to create a fake identity for a nonexistent officer, Major William Martin, who they claim is carrying top-secret information about an impending invasion. As they work to implement their plan, tensions rise between Montagu and Cholmondeley as they both develop feelings for their secretary Jean. Meanwhile, Godfrey, their superior officer suspects Montagu's brother of being a Soviet spy and enlists Cholmondeley to spy on Montagu in exchange for locating his missing brother. The operation faces numerous challenges as they try to get the fake documents to Madrid while keeping their true identities hidden from German agents hot on their trail. With high stakes and deception at every turn will Operation Mincemeat succeed in its mission or will it all come crashing down?
