Oopiri is a heartwarming drama about a unlikely friendship between a wealthy quadriplegic man, Vikramaditya, and his caretaker, Seenu - a convict out on parole. Despite their vastly different backgrounds, the two men form a strong bond as Seenu learns to navigate Vikramaditya's disability and assist him with his everyday needs. As they grow closer, Seenu encourages Vikramaditya to pursue his dreams, including a chance encounter with a woman he fell in love with before his accident.
