K-19: The Widowmaker

In the midst of the Cold War, the Soviet Union's first nuclear submarine, the K-19, sets sail on its maiden voyage. led by Captain Alexei Vostrikov and Executive officer Mikhail Polenin. However, their journey takes a dangerous turn when a coolant pipe bursts in the reactor, causing temperature to rise alarmingly. With limited resources and time running out , Vostrikov and his crew must race against the clock to prevent a nuclear meltdown and catastrophe that could trigger a third world war. As tensions rise and loyalties are tested, they must confront their own mortality an make impossible decisions in the face of duty , honor ,and sacrifice
