While not revealing too much about the plot or characters, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back's storyline revolves around the real-life duo Jay and Silent Bob (played by Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith), who are notified that Miramax Films is making a movie based on their comic book alter egos Bluntman and Chronic without giving them any credit or royalties. They embark on a journey to Hollywood, team up with an animal liberation group, and hilariously sabotage the film production to claim their rightful compensation for the film. With a star-studded cast, including Ben Affleck, Jason Lee, Shannon Elizabeth, Eliza Dushku, and many more cameos from famous faces, the movie promises a wild ride full of laughs, pop culture references, memorable characters, and witty banter.
