House on Haunted Hill

A group of strangers is invited to spend the night in a haunted asylum, formerly the Vannacutt Psychiatric Institute for the Criminally Insane, for a party hosted by an eccentric millionaire named Steven Price. The guests are offered $1 million each if they can survive the night, but things take a dark turn when ghostly apparitions and strange occurrences start to happen. As the night progresses, tensions rise among the guests and alliances are formed, but it becomes clear that they're not alone in the building. The spirits of former patients and staff members who died in a fire in 1931 seem to be exacting revenge on the living, and it's up to the remaining survivors to uncover the truth behind their presence and make it out alive.
