Honest Thief is a crime drama movie that follows the story of Tom Dolan, a skilled thief known as the "In-and-Out Bandit" who has successfully stolen millions of dollars from banks. After meeting Annie Wilkins, a psychology graduate student, Tom decides to turn himself in and reveal the location of his stolen money in exchange for a more lenient sentence. However, things take a turn when corrupt FBI agents John Nivens and Ramon Hall try to double-cross Tom and keep the money for themselves. With Annie's help, Tom must use all his skills as an ex-marine and demolitions expert to clear his name, protect Annie from Nivens' wrath, and bring the corrupt agents to justice. Along the way, he reveals the reason behind his actions and confronts his troubled past.
