In this lighthearted and playful comedy, a beautiful young wife named Marianne (Ghita Nørby) feels neglected by her husband Paul (Ebbe Langberg), who is more interested in his new sports car than their wedding anniversary. When Paul takes an innocent flirtation with another woman too far, Marianne moves out and finds a new home in an artistic community. There, she meets a charming but unrepentant Don Juan named Mario (Dario Campeotto), a guitar-playing Lothario named Eigil (Dirch Passer), and a sweet but lovesick pop-teenager named Dorte (Gitte Hænning).
