What is F/X2 about? 
Rollie Tyler (Bryan Brown), a former special effects expert, is pulled out of retirement by the NYPD to help catch a dangerous killer. However, things take a deadly turn when the killer is revealed to be a police officer, and Rollie becomes the target of a sinister conspiracy.
