What is Brewster's Millions about? 
In this wildly entertaining comedy, Monty Brewster (Richard Pryor), a minor league baseball player, inherits a $300 million fortune from his deceased rich uncle on the condition that he spends $30 million in 30 days without any tangible assets to show for it. With the help of his friend Spike Nolan (John Candy) and under the watchful eye of lawyer Warren Cox (Stephen Collins), Monty embarks on an outrageous spending spree, gambling away millions and even running for mayor of New York City. But as the deadline approaches and Monty struggles to fulfill the conditions of his inheritance, he must confront the true value of money and friendship. Will he succeed in blowing through his inheritance or will it all come crashing down?
