An interesting take on a well known genre. This nazi-western is not as good as Inglorious Basterds but still a good acquaintance.
Marvellous journalism! A deep dive into deep state.
Too melodramatic like a Hollywood movie from the 90s. Script awful. Acting screaming awful. CGI looks like s***. I really don't get the fuzz!
Lindholm og Noer's reality rules concept rules once again. Strong stuff!
Same topics as in All of Us Strangers - just not as good but still a decent movie that asks a lot of important questions.
A quite masterpiece. Despite its dramatic essense the big drama on the outside doesn't appear but the drama inside the charachters are exceptional excecuted. Rampling and Courtenay are exceptionally good in this one.
To worlds meet. Family movies and horror. It's absurd but actually works very well.
A bit disapointed with this one. Giamatti character is bit too silly for an Oscar performance - and let's be honest - we have seen this before.
Brilliant meta-meta-meta zombie movie. One of the best!
Soul crushing good! Mescal takes it home = masterpiece!
Patrick Huard is brilliant! What a talent. The plot is touching but also a bit unrealistic even though it's presented as fiction. A brilliant slow burn trio drama which presents ASHD and love between mom and son very nuanced.
A thin plot, a slow start and a clunky build up. But it gets there in the end. And - it's very scary at times but with too many jumpscares.
Interesting plot. Great character work. An era wrappef up as a movie. But it-s also a bit too conventionel and as a drama it works - not as a comedy.
The most horrible film experience in my entire life! But in the most important way possible. This is brutal war seen from citizen perspective. This is i life on the edge. This is evil. This is madness. This is courage. This is mercy and selflessness. This is maybe one of the most important movies ever made - yet so crushing horrible that I will never watch it again.
A pretty slick vision and a decent try but something's off in the second half when the plot fades out. It's not that scary but it's a clever drama. All in all a good experience.
Solid drama from Bayona. The tsunami scene in the first act will hunt me for a long time. What a nightmare and what a clever way to show the drama in a movie. Naomi Watts and particularly a young Tom Holland steals the movie in the best way possible. A bit too melodramatic towards the end.
So so funny! Clever satire about woke culture. I laughed my ass off. Meta all the way. Many layers of clever narrative and political criticism. A new comedy classic.
Extremely well produced. Some of the most well crafted air fighting scenes in movie history. But the narrative is dull and uninteresting. They do almost nothing on the human front - no captivating authentic stories like in Band of Brothers.
Surprisingly good! Very charming. Witty and funny. The script us good and well paced. Chris Pine and Hugh Grant shine with their characters. CGI is good and I get some Lord of the Rings vibes (this is good). But it's a bit too long in the end.
A good old school family adventure inspired by the 80's formula. Perfect soft entertainment but that's also it.
Clever visual modern take om feminism. Clever script. Clever creative take on the Frankenstein myth. Emma Stone is brilliant! But. It's not perfect. It's a bit too stylistic and "written" and not very... immidiate.
A more than decent "remake" of the 93 classic Alive. A horrifeying descent into animalism but without losning the core of human behaviour. Great authentic script that in the end doesn't bring anything new to the story or the theme.
A horror movie with more (plot) holes than an emmentaler.
Wauw. Just wauw. Even after 51 years! A existential horror movie slowburning to an epic development. This is not a movie about goog versus evil. It trancends that kind if trivial. This is something more and much more scarry. Many images will haunt me for years as will manu subtle questions it asks. One of the greatest horror movies of all time!
