In a post-apocalyptic future, water has become the rarest and most valuable resource. The Kid, a teenage comic book fan and scavenger, lives in a subterranean bunker and survives by trading for water and other essentials. When he meets Apple, a mysterious young woman, they team up to take on Zeus, the sadistic leader who controls the only water supply. With his Turbo Rider armor and wrist weapon, The Kid must rescue Apple and defeat Zeus' army of henchmen in an epic battle to save humanity from destruction. Along the way, he discovers that Apple is a robot designed to be a friendship model. Despite her demise during their quest, The Kid continues his journey to explore the wastelands while Frederick takes over delivering water to those in need. "Turbo Kid" is an action-packed sci-fi adventure that pays homage to 80s movies with its retro-futuristic setting and nostalgic references.
