What is Operation Avalanche about? 
In 1967, during the height of the Cold War, a group of young and ambitious CIA agents were sent undercover at NASA to investigate a possible Russian spy. What they discovered led them to devise an audacious plan to fake the Moon landing, in order to prevent the Soviets from winning the Space Race.
