Mickey and Mallory are a young couple on a wild cross-country adventure. They're out to have fun, but their idea of fun is killing people. They leave a trail of death across the country, becoming media sensations and earning themselves cult hero status. As they continue their violent spree, they become the focus of a detective's obsession and an opportunistic journalist's quest for ratings.
