"Mean Dreams" is a gripping coming-of-age thriller about two teenagers, Jonas and Casey, who embark on a dangerous journey to escape their troubled past and find a better life. After Jonas witnesses Casey's father, a corrupt police officer, brutally beating her, they decide to run away together, stealing a large sum of drug money from him in the process. As they navigate the treacherous terrain of the American wilderness, they must evade the relentless pursuit of Casey's father and the authorities, who are determined to capture them and reclaim the stolen money. Along the way, they confront their own demons and learn the true cost of survival.
