In this campy horror-comedy, a young man named Jeffrey Franken loses his fiancée Elizabeth in a tragic lawnmower accident and becomes obsessed with bringing her back to life. Using his knowledge of bioelectricity, Jeffrey lures prostitutes to a hotel room with the promise of a medical exam, only to harvest their body parts and reassemble them into a new body for Elizabeth. But as he brings the prostitutes back to life with a dangerous dose of super-crack, they explode into pieces, leaving Jeffrey to pick up the pieces and try again. Will Jeffrey succeed in resurrecting Elizabeth, or will his twisted plan come back to haunt him?
