Happy New Year is a 2014 Indian action comedy film directed by Farah Khan and produced by Gauri Khan. Charlie and his team, with the help of a Marathi bar dancer named Mohini (Deepika Padukone), manage to qualify for the WDC and eventually win the competition to represent Team India. However, things take a turn when Mohini learns about the heist and decides to help the team instead of leaving them. The team successfully steals the diamonds but is confronted by Grover and his associates. In the end, Charlie and his team emerge victorious after a thrilling dance performance, and Grover is arrested for his crimes. The movie was well received by audiences and critics alike for its entertaining storyline, stunning dance numbers, and impressive performances by the cast.
