Crank: High Voltage - A Hard-Wired Thrill Ride Chev Chelios, a lethal hitman, must keep his artificial heart charged by any means necessary after a Chinese mobster steals his nearly indestructible organ and replaces it with a battery-powered ticker. With the help of a stripper named Ria, Chev embarks on a dangerous journey through the streets of Los Angeles to find Johnny Vang and reclaim his stolen heart. As he navigates through the city's criminal underworld, Chev faces off against rival gangsters, corrupt cops, and even an electric pole that threatens to fry him alive. With his power source constantly dwindling, Chev must rely on jumper cables, sexcapades, and sheer force of will to stay alive long enough to settle the score with Vang and retrieve his stolen heart. But as Chev closes in on his target, he discovers that Vang's boss, Poon Dong, has already transplanted Chelios's heart into his own body.
