Frankie Ripp, a 14-year-old girl, had it all - a great family, a popular boyfriend, and a dependable BFF. But her life took an unexpected turn after a mysterious incident. She must now navigate middle school with her new guardians, Pretty and Scary, who are not your typical guardians. They're from the Underworld, and they have their own unique way of doing things. It's a comedy-filled adventure as Frankie tries to survive middle school with her new guardians by her side. It's pretty freakin' scary, but also pretty hilarious!
