When the forces of evil threaten to destroy their city, a group of courageous young adults are recruited by a secret government organization to defend it. Armed with cutting-edge technology and their own unique skills, they become the Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue team. With the help of their leader, Captain William Mitchell, and his daughter, Dana, the team must use their Zords and special abilities to defeat the malevolent demons in epic battles. But when their base and weapons are destroyed, they have to team up with the Galaxy Rangers from Power Rangers Lost Galaxy to protect their city once and for all.
