In a neglected Romanian suburb, three siblings face an uncertain future as they wait for their mother's release from prison. Totonel, 10, learns to dance, read, and write, while his sisters, Andreea, 14, and Ana, 17, try to keep the family together amidst their mother's absence and the influence of their criminal uncles. Despite the hardships, the siblings hold onto hope and their own resilience, finding joy in each other's company and determination to make the best of their lives.
