In Tokyo Mater, the lovable tow truck from Radiator Springs, finds himself in the middle of an high-stakes drift race against a gang leader and his crew of ninjas. With the help of his friend Lightning McQueen, Mater must use his driving skills and a few trick modifications to outmaneuver his opponents and become the "Tow-ke-O Martin, king of the drifters." But as the race heats up, Mater must also contend with a group of annoyed forklifts who are determined to take him down. Will Mater be able to cross the finish line first and prove himself as the ultimate drift champion?
