Up-and-coming journalist Jackie finds an unexpected opportunity to run a small-town newspaper in Alaska, and uses a series of Christmas articles to help the struggling business. She quickly falls in love with her new home and the handsome son of the paper's former owner, but must fight to save the newspaper from her old boss who wants to take it over. Will Jackie be able to pull off a Christmas miracle and save the day?
