In a small town, the stationmaster is fighting to keep his train station open, but the train is nowhere to be found and the passengers are getting restless. Meanwhile, a group of Italians are trying to turn the station into a pizzeria. The stationmaster continues to sell tickets and makes excuses for the delay, hoping for a miracle to save his station.
