Sniper 2 follows the story of Master Gunnery Sergeant Tom Beckett (Tom Berenger), a former U.S. Marine sniper who is lured back in on a top-secret mission to take out a rogue general accused of running a stealth operation of hit-and-run ethnic cleansing missions in an area known as "No Man's Land." Beckett's partner in this mission is Jake Cole (Bokeem Woodbine), a death row inmate who is offered a chance at redemption. Together, they embark on a suicide mission to the Balkans, where they face off against the ruthless General Valstoria (Peter Linka) and his army of soldiers.
