Racing Hearts is a romantic drama about a young American businessman named Colin who is determined to land a deal with a wealthy Arab sheikh who is a passionate pigeon fancier. The sheikh has tried several times to buy a champion pigeon, but the owner, Jos Pawels, continues to refuse his offers. Colin offers the sheikh a deal: if he can convince Pawels to sell the champion pigeon, the sheikh will agree to do business with Colin's company. However, when Colin meets Pawels and his granddaughter Isabelle, he realizes that this mission will not be as easy as he had hoped. As he spends more time in the small Flemish village, he begins to fall in love with the beautiful Isabelle and learns that there's more to life than just business.
