Obsessed is a 2009 American thriller film directed by Steve Shill and written by David Loughery. The film stars Idris Elba, Beyoncé Knowles, and Ali Larter. The movie follows the story of Derek Charles (Idris Elba), a successful finance executive who lives with his wife Sharon (Beyoncé Knowles) and their two-year-old son Kyle. As the story unfolds, Lisa's obsession with Derek becomes more intense, and she begins to make threats against Sharon and Kyle. Sharon eventually discovers Lisa's true intentions and confronts her, leading to a tense showdown between the two women. Obsessed explores themes of marital infidelity, obsession, and the consequences of playing with fire.
