Inside

Inside (2007) is a French horror film directed by Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury. The movie follows Sarah, a pregnant woman who is tormented by a mysterious woman who wants her unborn baby. The film takes place on Christmas Eve, four months after Sarah's husband died in a car crash. She is home alone, preparing for her delivery the next day, when the strange woman arrives at her door asking to use the phone. Sarah refuses, but the woman persists and eventually gains entry into the house. The film escalates into a violent confrontation between Sarah and the woman, with plenty of gore and suspenseful moments. The film features Béatrice Dalle as La Femme, Alysson Paradis as Sarah Scarangella, and Nathalie Roussel as Louise Scarangella, Sarah's mother. The cast also includes François-Régis Marchasson, Jean-Baptiste Tabourin, Dominique Frot, Claude Lulé, Hyam Zaytoun, Tahar Rahim, Emmanuel Guez, Ludovic Berthillot, Emmanuel Lanzi, Nicolas Duvauchelle, and Aymen Saïdi. The plot revolves around Sarah's encounter with the mysterious woman who wants her baby. The woman is revealed to be the other driver involved in the car accident that killed Sarah's husband and unborn child. She seeks revenge by targeting Sarah's baby for herself. The film takes a dark turn as it explores themes of grief madness and obsession:
