In the wake of a catastrophic event that has devastated New York City, a group of survivors takes refuge in a basement bomb shelter. As they struggle to adapt to their cramped and dangerous surroundings, they soon realize that they are not alone. A group of heavily armed men in biohazard suits storms their shelter, seizes one of the survivors, and leaves the rest to fend for themselves. With their supplies dwindling and tensions rising, the survivors must band together to survive the nightmare that has engulfed them. As they fight for their lives, they uncover dark secrets about the shelter and the mysterious forces that lurk outside. But will their efforts be enough to escape the clutches of fate, or will they succumb to the horrors that threaten to consume them?
