The Silenced

"The Silenced" is a chilling horror-thriller set in 1938 Korea, during the Japanese occupation. A sickly young girl, Ju-ran, is sent to a remote sanatorium/boarding school to recover, but soon discovers that students are disappearing mysteriously. As she investigates, she uncovers a dark secret: the school is being used by the Japanese military to test a new drug that enhances physical strength but has horrific side effects. Ju-ran and her friends must fight for survival and justice against the sinister forces that seek to exploit and silence them.
